About Town Total Compounding
At the Total Town Compounding Center, a compounding pharmacy of New York, our mission is to help keep patients healthy. Joseph Navarra, owner and pharmacist, has over 26 years of compounding experience. He started customized compounding in 1990 to help the growing need for pediatric dosage forms of HIV medication. Our unique range of service then progressively grew to meet the immediate and on-going needs of patients, caregivers and prescribers.
To properly serve our patients who require our compounding specialty, the Town Total Compounding Center was formed. We are exclusively a compounding pharmacy, so we specialize in meeting your specific needs. We do sterile and non-sterile compounding in many dosage forms, and you will not find many pharmacies with this level of specialization. We are members of APC (Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding), PSSNY (Pharmacists Society of the State of New York), and PCCA (Professional Compounding Centers of America). This means we stay abreast of all new techniques and regulations to help our patients.
Compounding refers to the preparation of non-sterile and sterile medications based on patients’ specific needs. The results increase therapeutic outcomes and compliance by: improving the taste of the medication, providing the most direct route of administration, and removing dyes, preservatives, and other inactive ingredients patients may be allergic to. Overall, compounding provides patients with unique dosage forms that are not commercially available.

Joseph P. Navarra, PharmD, FACA, FAPC
Joseph P. Navarra, is the owner of the Town Total Compounding Center, in Woodbury, N.Y. Joseph P. Navarra graduated from St. John's University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Queens, New York. The Town Total Compounding Center is a dual accredited compounding only pharmacy, by CCE, the Coalition for Compounding Excellence and ACHC/PCAB, providing sterile and non-sterile compounding prescriptions. Previous to this he was the Executive Vice-President of Town Total Health, independent pharmacies that had a focus on specialty pharmacy. The specialties served there were HIV, Transplant and Hepatitis-C patients in the New York Metropolitan Area. He has been involved with adherence programs, refill alignment services, MTM and investigational drug studies while owning Town Total Health. The compounding pharmacy follows USP <795>, <797>, <800> guidelines and Joseph has been compounding for over 30 years. He is also the COO for the Coalition for Compounding Excellence. Joseph has been very involved in professional organizations promoting and enhancing the practice of pharmacy at a high level. He is a past President and past Chairman of the Italian-American Pharmacists Society and a past President and past Chairman of the Pharmacists Society of the State of New York, a board member of the New York Pharmacists Society and past Board Chair of the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding and currently serving on the board of the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding. Joseph is certified in delivering Medication Therapy Management and in Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery training. He has received many awards while practicing pharmacy including the Compounding Pharmacist of the Year Award, Distinguished Young Pharmacists Award, Preceptor of the Year awards and Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award.
Justin J. Wu, Pharm.D.
Justin serves as the Pharmacist in Charge and Operations Manager, combining expertise in compounding, patient care, and pharmacy operations. He graduated Cum Laude from St. John’s University and was an active member of Kappa Psi pharmaceutical fraternity, whose mission is to develop leaders with a passion for service to their community, while creating lifelong professional connections. He leads and develops pharmacy teams, improves workflows, and maintains high standards for quality and compliance while helping expand services to meet patients’ needs. Justin is committed to creating an environment where employees can thrive and every patient receives attentive, dependable care. He has extensive knowledge regarding care coordination between patients and providers and actively seeks to optimize patient care. As a Compounding Clinical Specialist, Justin also formulates and prepares prescriptions that address unique patient needs, while working closely with our prescribers and their staff members.
Kristin M. Cole, Pharm.D.
Kristin M. Cole, is a consulting compounding pharmacist who has been with Town Total Compounding Center since 2013. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. John's University in 2017, where she distinguished herself through exceptional academic achievement. Throughout pharmacy school, Kristin was named to the Dean's List every semester and was inducted into the Rho Chi Society, the national academic honor society in pharmacy that recognizes outstanding scholarly achievement and leadership. With extensive experience in pharmaceutical compounding, Kristin combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for patient care. She has played an active role in mentoring pharmacy rotation students, sharing her knowledge and fostering the next generation of pharmacists. Kristin is also a Certified Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) Consultant Pharmacist. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve hormonal balance through personalized treatment plans, education, and compassionate care. Her commitment to excellence, strong clinical knowledge, and specialized compounding expertise make Kristin a valued member of the Town Total Compounding Center team.
Mary Jeanne Fenn, Pharm.D.
Mary Jeanne is a compounding pharmacist who began working at Town Total Compounding Center in 2019 while studying in the Doctor of Pharmacy program at St. John’s University. Through persistent hard work and dedication, she attained a high level of academic achievement throughout her education. She earned her place in the pharmacy honor society, Rho Chi, and ultimately graduated second in her class as the recipient of the President’s Silver Medal in the Class of 2020. Mary Jeanne carries this diligence into her compounding work, as well as into her role as the Quality Improvement Officer, who ensures that Town Total Compounding Center provides the highest quality compounded medications and service to the patients entrusted in our care.
Kevin Schneider, PharmD
Kevin is a compounding pharmacist who started working at Town Total Compounding Center in 2024, after working in the Community setting for several years. He graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy after attending St. John’s University. His philosophy of promoting individualized care shapes that a patient’s unique wants and preferences are considered during the compounding process. Kevin strives to continue to provide a high quality of compounded medications and counseling to the patients entrusted in our care. Kevin is also the lead in Town Total Compounding Center’s allergy program.
Victor DiFrisco
Victor DiFrisco has been is sales for over 40 years coming from the finance industry for which he was involved for almost 25 years. Victor ventured into the Compounding business in 2012 where he was instrumental in building his first compounding company from the ground up before coming to the Town Total Compounding Center to be Director of Business Development. Since joining the Town Total Compounding Center, Victor has established a Pain Management, Respiratory, Ophthalmology, ENT and Scar Therapy division, among others. Victor’s specialty is establishing new divisions for the lab where he’s been able increase the sales of the company. Victor’s hobbies are Snowboarding, Mix Martial Arts, and Boating.
Anne Marie Varrassi, CPhT
Anne Marie is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and the Lead Patient Care Coordinator at Town Total Compounding Center. She is a graduate of St. John’s University and has a BS in Criminal Justice and has worked in various fields, most recently medical billing prior to coming to Town Total Compounding Center. Anne Marie is blessed to have an amazing and supportive family and is loving her newest role as “Mimi”. She is hopeful for another Stanley Cup from her NY Islander’s one of these days. She is grateful to be working with such caring and compassionate colleagues.
Dina Hernandez, CPhT
Dina is a Certified Pharmacy Technician who is passionate about helping patients receive safe, accurate, and timely medication services. She strives to create a positive experience for every patient through excellent customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication. She is dependable, organized, and committed to supporting the pharmacy staff and contributes to a safe and efficient pharmacy environment.
Andrew Delgado
Andrew is a Customer Service Representative at Town Total Compounding Center for the last number of years. He takes pride in providing patients and healthcare providers with reliable support, clear communication, and a positive customer experience. Being fluent in both English and Spanish allows him to connect with and assist a diverse range of patients. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, exploring new places, and staying active. He values teamwork, personal growth, and continuous learning, and strives to bring those qualities into both his professional and personal life every day.
